This happens either because your record does not exist in the database, or the email address you are entering is different from the email address associated with your record in the database. Send an email to for assistance, from the email address you wish to use as your login. Please provide your full name, home address, home phone number and/or cell phone number; this information may be necessary to find and update the correct record in the database, in case there are multiple people with the same name.
This happens because your birth date is not in the database so the system cannot determine your age. Only adults 18 years or older may have a user account. Send an email to for assistance, and provide your full name, home address, home phone number and/or cell phone number, so that the System Administrator can identify you in the database and create your user account manually.
Your password must meet ALL the following requirements:

You may receive an email that shows “email@example.com” as the sender. This is not spam but an actual email that was sent through our TouchPoint database. Please do not mark these emails as spam or junk; doing so will prevent you from receiving future communications sent through TouchPoint.
Data security is extremely important to RCCC and to TouchPoint. (See TouchPoint’s Privacy Statement.) By consolidating multiple older databases into TouchPoint, RCCC is able to eliminate duplication of data, incorrect or lost contact information, and manual paper-based processes that may not have sufficient security and privacy. With TouchPoint we are able to grant specific users different levels of permissions to view personal information on a need-to-know basis, increasing our security and privacy over people’s personal information. TouchPoint also gives our members the ability to maintain their own personal information, and to indicate how much of that information to share with the church.
To view and print your offering statement, login to TouchPoint, go to your personal profile page, click the Giving tab and then the Statements tab. Click the year for which you want a statement. This will open your statement, which you can download and print using your browser options. Please note that the official version of your 2019 statement will not be available until February 1st.
By default, a husband and wife get a joint offering statement. To change this, go to the Giving tab and then the Statements tab, locate the Statement Option setting under Statement/Envelope Options, click the link and change the value to Individual.
Once logged in you may view and update your personal profile and contact information, as well as your current giving history and your year-end giving statement. If you are the Head of Household or Spouse in a family you will also be able to view and update information for other members of your family.
From your profile page, your home address shows up under your name at the top. Click the pencil icon next to the address. The Edit Address window pops up. Update your Family Address and click Submit to save.
On the Personal tab, click the Edit button and scroll down to the Communication section. Select the Do not publish phone numbers option, which indicates that you do not wish to be listed on RCCC’s online or paper directory. If the Head of Household has this option checked, the entire family will be excluded from the directory. Otherwise, if any other member of the family has this option checked, only that person will be excluded from the directory.
