TouchPoint is RCCC’s church management system, used to manage information about our congregation: contact information and preferences, membership information, areas of involvement, and giving history. It enables church staff and leaders to better serve and communicate with the congregation, and gives the congregation convenient access to maintain this information. Login to your account now!

Giving Statements

Use TouchPoint to review your giving history and print your giving statement at your convenience. You will be helping RCCC by saving time, plus printing and mailing costs.

You can get your offering statement using the RCCC Now app or a computer. Using the app, tap on your profile photo, then tap on Giving, select the year for which you want a statement, and tap PDF on the upper right to download your statement. Using a computer, login to TouchPoint, go to your personal profile page, click the Giving tab, then the Statements tab, then click the year for which you want a statement; this will open your statement, which you can download and print using your browser options.

If you made your offering using a retirement account or a charitable donor-advised account, such as Paypal Giving Fund or Fidelity Charitable Donor-Advised Fund, your statement from RCCC will have those contributions marked as non-tax deductible. Giving statements for those should come from those charitable account custodians. Also, if you donated stocks or non-cash items, you should have received a receipt from RCCC for them already and they will not be included in the annual statements.

TouchPoint Accounts

A user account is required in order to login to TouchPoint. If you already have an account, login here using your email address and password. If you forgot your password, click the Forgot? link to reset it; you will be sent an email with instructions to reset your password.

If you need an account, please register here with your name and email address. Once your account is created, you will receive an email with instructions to set your password. Follow those instructions and login to TouchPoint.

Install the RCCC Now app on your phone or tablet to get convenient access to your information, including your giving statements.

To reset your password, go to the login page and click the “request password” link. Enter the email address you use for your TouchPoint account and click the Request Password button. You will receive an email at that address with a link to reset your password. If you do not see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.

This happens either because your record does not exist in the database, or the email address you are entering is different from the email address associated with your record in the database. Send an email to for assistance, from the email address you wish to use as your login. Please provide your full name, home address, home phone number and/or cell phone number; this information may be necessary to find and update the correct record in the database, in case there are multiple people with the same name.

This happens because your birth date is not in the database so the system cannot determine your age. Only adults 18 years or older may have a user account. Send an email to for assistance, and provide your full name, home address, home phone number and/or cell phone number, so that the System Administrator can identify you in the database and create your user account manually.

Your password must meet ALL the following requirements:
– Must be at least 8 characters long.
– Must have at least one number.
– Must have at least one uppercase letter.
– Must have at least on special character.

You may receive an email that shows “” as the sender. This is not spam but an actual email that was sent through our TouchPoint database. Please do not mark these emails as spam or junk; doing so will prevent you from receiving future communications sent through TouchPoint.

Data security is extremely important to RCCC and to TouchPoint. (See TouchPoint’s Privacy Statement.) By consolidating multiple older databases into TouchPoint, RCCC is able to eliminate duplication of data, incorrect or lost contact information, and manual paper-based processes that may not have sufficient security and privacy. With TouchPoint we are able to grant specific users different levels of permissions to view personal information on a need-to-know basis, increasing our security and privacy over people’s personal information. TouchPoint also gives our members the ability to maintain their own personal information, and to indicate how much of that information to share with the church.

Go to the Apple Store or to Google Play to download and install the app on your device. When you first open the app you will be asked to select a location. A location represents a congregation, and each congregation has its own version, so select the one that suits you.

To view and print your giving statement, login to TouchPoint, go to your personal profile page, click the Giving tab and then the Statements tab. Click the year for which you want a statement. This will open your statement, which you can download and print using your browser options.

By default, a husband and wife get a joint giving statement. To change this, go to the Giving tab and then the Statements tab, locate the Statement Option setting under Statement/Envelope Options, click the link and change the value to Individual.

Once logged in you may view and update your personal profile and contact information, as well as your current giving history and your year-end giving statement. If you are the Head of Household or Spouse in a family you will also be able to view and update information for other members of your family.

From your profile page, your home address shows up under your name at the top. Click the pencil icon next to the address. The Edit Address window pops up. Update your Family Address and click Submit to save.

On the Personal tab, click the Edit button and scroll down to the Communication section. Select the Do not publish phone numbers option, which indicates that you do not wish to be listed on RCCC’s online or paper directory. If the Head of Household has this option checked, the entire family will be excluded from the directory. Otherwise, if any other member of the family has this option checked, only that person will be excluded from the directory.
