TouchPoint

TouchPoint is RCCC’s church management system, used to manage information about our congregation: contact information and preferences, membership information, areas of involvement, and giving history. It enables church staff and leaders to better serve and communicate with the congregation, and gives the congregation convenient access to maintain this information. Login to your account now!

Giving Statements

Use TouchPoint to review your giving history and print your giving statement at your convenience. You will be helping RCCC by saving time, plus printing and mailing costs.

You can get your offering statement using the RCCC Now app or a computer. Using the app, tap on your profile photo, then tap on Giving, select the year for which you want a statement, and tap PDF on the upper right to download your statement. Using a computer, login to TouchPoint, go to your personal profile page, click the Giving tab, then the Statements tab, then click the year for which you want a statement; this will open your statement, which you can download and print using your browser options.

If you made your offering using a retirement account or a charitable donor-advised account, such as Paypal Giving Fund or Fidelity Charitable Donor-Advised Fund, your statement from RCCC will have those contributions marked as non-tax deductible. Giving statements for those should come from those charitable account custodians. Also, if you donated stocks or non-cash items, you should have received a receipt from RCCC for them already and they will not be included in the annual statements.

Data security is extremely important to RCCC and to TouchPoint. (See TouchPoint’s Privacy Statement.) By consolidating multiple older databases into TouchPoint, RCCC is able to eliminate duplication of data, incorrect or lost contact information, and manual paper-based processes that may not have sufficient security and privacy. With TouchPoint we are able to grant specific users different levels of permissions to view personal information on a need-to-know basis, increasing our security and privacy over people’s personal information. TouchPoint also gives our members the ability to maintain their own personal information, and to indicate how much of that information to share with the church.

To view and print your giving statement, login to TouchPoint, go to your personal profile page, click the Giving tab and then the Statements tab. Click the year for which you want a statement. This will open your statement, which you can download and print using your browser options.

By default, a husband and wife get a joint giving statement. To change this, go to the Giving tab and then the Statements tab, locate the Statement Option setting under Statement/Envelope Options, click the link and change the value to Individual.

Once logged in you may view and update your personal profile and contact information, as well as your current giving history and your year-end giving statement. If you are the Head of Household or Spouse in a family you will also be able to view and update information for other members of your family.

From your profile page, your home address shows up under your name at the top. Click the pencil icon next to the address. The Edit Address window pops up. Update your Family Address and click Submit to save.

On the Personal tab, click the Edit button and scroll down to the Communication section. Select the Do not publish phone numbers option, which indicates that you do not wish to be listed on RCCC’s online or paper directory. If the Head of Household has this option checked, the entire family will be excluded from the directory. Otherwise, if any other member of the family has this option checked, only that person will be excluded from the directory.
