A healthy church can be defined primarily by its relationships – relationships with God and with others. On the one hand, we become God’s people through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ; on the other hand, through the interaction with one another we grow in our relationship with God, demonstrated by our maturity, our ability to relate to and care for others, and our concern for a world which is broken and needy. In RCCC, community groups are where we aim to cultivate the relational dimensions of our Christian life. The functions of community groups are two-fold: evangelism and caring. The primary goal for the community group meeting is to experience Christ Jesus in our midst through our studying the Scripture and fellowship with one another.
